The candidate work as an attorney in the Legal and Compliance group. Develop, document, launch and maintain private funds. Negotiate and manage side letters. Manage all regulatory issues associated with private funds. Interact with outside counsel and oversee private fund transactions. Review and negotiate investment management agreements/requests for proposals. Research various legal and regulatory issues, including those associated with expansion of company’s business model. Work on general corporate projects. Oversee some litigation matters. Key Relationships: Executive Office. Product Management. Account Management. Portfolio Management. Compliance team. Legal counsel/law firms. Clients (domestic and global).
