Duties

• Represent clients in court hearings and before government agencies in Cinnaminson, NJ.
• Prepare, revise, and finalize legal documents with precision.

• Manage administrative tasks related to case management and client interactions.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in New Jersey (Pennsylvania license preferred).
• 10+ years of legal experience with a strong foundation in litigation.
• Expertise in Real Estate Law and Homeowner Association Law is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to build meaningful client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with Amicus Attorney is a bonus).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
