Duties:

• Engage with existing clients to gather necessary information and collaborate on case strategy.
• Draft various legal documents including pleadings, motions, letters, and disclosure statements.
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediation sessions.
• Conduct consultations with prospective clients to assess legal needs and determine case viability.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona; recent graduates are welcome to apply while awaiting bar results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Punctual with a professional attitude and demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
