The candidate will manage file through litigation process. Assist with fact investigation. Travel to accident sites for incident investigations. Assist with document production and other discovery tasks. Assist attorneys in deposition preparation. Review and summarize medical records. Assist in juror research. Assist with court hearing preparation. Trial preparation and attendance. Should have 3-5 years of experience in all phases of defense litigation. Must be licensed in Missouri and Illinois.
