The candidate will be working to counsel venture capital firms and emerging companies in day-to-day affairs and acting as a quarterback on overall legal needs. Will be handling transactional work, including venture financings, exits, and working capital arrangements. Representing the interests of venture firms and other sources of capital in transactions. Helping to build relationships with clients and the broader ecosystem. Must have strong analytical skills. 3 - 6 years of legal experience required. Experience with competitive firms in the tech sector is preferred. Experience in technology, life sciences, medical devices, and pharmaceutical sectors is important. Experience in the software and electronics sectors is a plus. Should be licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state where the hired candidate will be practicing.
