Duties

• Provide initial case analysis and develop strategic approaches.
• Conduct discovery and take depositions.
• Draft motions and attend hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and assist with trials.
• Lead and direct case files as experience grows.

Requirements

• 1+ years of civil litigation experience in General Liability.
• Current member of the Georgia Bar in good standing or pending admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Georgia.
