Duties

• Draft and review legal documents including Summons, Complaints, and Settlement Agreements.
• Prepare and file litigation motions and responses as needed.
• Communicate with attorneys, employers, and consumers to resolve accounts and suits.
• Review lawsuits and legal pleadings for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage court coverage placements and ensure all necessary documents are prepared.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia; additional state licenses are welcomed.
• Comfortable with court appearances and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel, with reimbursement for approved expenses.
• Ability to multi-task and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Bar admission in Georgia.
