Duties

• Draft and negotiate loan agreements and modifications.
• Handle commercial leasing and real estate purchase agreements.
• Organize corporate entities and conduct due diligence.
• Review title, survey, and related documents.

Requirements

• 1-6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Ability to waive into the Virginia Bar; MD and DC bars are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in banking, lending, and finance-related transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
