Duties:

• Draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and manage discovery.
• Take depositions and participate in other stages of litigation.
• Collaborate with a team on complex civil and real estate litigation matters.
• Represent clients in Massachusetts state and federal courts.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of business litigation experience.
• Expertise in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
• Experience with complex commercial litigation matters.
• Knowledge of real estate litigation is a plus.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

Education:

• J.D. from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (MA Bar Admission required).
