Duties

• Manage senior, second lien, and subordinated financings.

• Oversee accounts receivable and equipment financings.
• Participate in project finance and loan syndications.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant law firm experience.
• Proficiency in commercial lending and structured finance.
• Experience with cross-border financings and securitization.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work with cross-functional teams.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
