A law firm seeks an Asset Finance Associate Attorney for its New York office. The position requires admission to the New York Bar and offers an opportunity to work within the Global Financial Markets Group.

Duties

• Advise lenders, lessors, investors, underwriters, or sponsors on cross-border asset finance transactions.
• Handle aviation and transportation finance, including aircraft and high-value equipment financings.
• Manage a variety of transaction types, such as operating and finance leases, secured lending, and asset-backed finance transactions.
• Engage in drafting, negotiation, and project management.
• Collaborate effectively in team-based, cross-border matters.

Requirements

• Admitted to (or eligible to waive into) the New York Bar.
• Experience at a peer Am Law or international law firm preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school, or a foreign law degree with a U.S. LL.M. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York Bar.
