Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of commercial leasing experience.
- Experience with data center development and financing preferred.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Education
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
- Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of the resident office location.
Skills
