Duties

• Advise clients on capital markets transactions, including IPOs and direct listings.
• Collaborate with private equity investors and investment banks on securities offerings.
• Provide guidance on compliance with securities regulations.
• Support clients in strategic investments and acquisitions.
• Work closely with the firm's National Office for real-time advice on securities issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in capital markets or public company representation.
• Strong understanding of securities regulations and capital markets.
• Ability to manage complex transactions across various jurisdictions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the state of Texas.
