Duties:

• Evaluate and assess Social Security Disability claims thoroughly.
• Conduct cross-examinations during legal proceedings with skill and professionalism.
• Prepare for and represent clients at Social Security hearings.
• Develop and implement robust case strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, judges, and other legal professionals.
• Manage multiple cases and responsibilities, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to a State Bar or pending Bar exam results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Participation in Moot Court or Law Review is preferred.
• Graduating in the top 30% of the law school class is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active or pending admission to a State Bar.

• Strong research, writing, and case analysis abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
