Duties

• Lead M&A deals from inception through closing.
• Serve as the lead draftsperson for primary transaction documents.
• Manage multiple deals simultaneously.
• Interact with clients and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary and cross-border teams.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of law firm experience focused on M&A and related transactions.
• Experience leading M&A deals and drafting transaction documents.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions concurrently.
• Strong client interaction skills.
• Experience working in collaborative environments.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
