Duties

• Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Long-Term Care Planning team.

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, including Medicaid strategies.
• Review and approve legal documents related to long-term care planning.
• Supervise benefit entitlement applications and manage appeals.

• Recommend and implement process enhancements for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in elder law, estate planning, or long-term care planning.
• Proven leadership experience in a legal or healthcare-related setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Certifications
