Duties

• Provide legal counsel on family law matters such as divorce, custody, and support.
• Communicate regularly with clients and conduct initial consultations.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex family law issues.
• Collaborate with the family law team to develop legal strategies.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word.
• Experience in state and federal court proceedings.
• Strong writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex litigation from inception to trial.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
