Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Associate to join its Corporate Services Group in Saint Louis, MO. The candidate will engage in various commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, development, and construction. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with seasoned practitioners in a supportive environment.

Duties

• Manage real estate transactions, including acquisition, sale, leasing, financing, and development.
• Handle development and financing incentives, redevelopment, and special purpose districts.
• Oversee loan transactions and administrative procedures.
• Simultaneously manage multiple legal matters from inception to conclusion.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and clients.
• Work independently and productively in a transactional practice.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in real estate, including leasing, development, acquisition, and sales.
• Strong drafting skills and experience managing various transactions.
• Licensed to practice law in good standing in Missouri or another jurisdiction where the firm operates.

Education

• Juris Doctor

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri or eligible for admission.
