• Handle estate administration and probate matters.
• Advocate for clients in long-term care and Medicaid planning.
• Represent clients in probate court and elder law cases.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants.
• Stay updated on Massachusetts estate planning and elder law changes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and elder law.
• Strong case management skills and familiarity with Massachusetts law.
• Client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex cases independently and collaboratively.
• Active member in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar.
• Experience in probate hearings, elder law disputes, and Medicaid planning.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Massachusetts State Bar License.
