Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in labor and employment litigation.
• Proven experience in all stages of litigation.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar required; NY Bar admission is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
