Duties:

• Represent clients in labor and employment litigation matters in state and federal courts.

• Handle administrative matters before local, state, and federal agencies.

• Provide legal counsel to clients on labor and employment issues, including traditional labor matters such as arbitrations, negotiations, and unfair labor practice charges.

• Participate in transactional matters involving labor and employment-related issues.

• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for complex litigation cases.

• Maintain relationships with clients, providing high-quality service and timely updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of labor and employment litigation experience.

• Strong background in both litigation and administrative practice in the labor and employment field.

• Knowledge of traditional labor matters and related proceedings, such as labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in New Jersey or Pennsylvania is preferred.

Skills:

• Proficient in legal research and writing.
