Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Leveraged Finance Associate to join its team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in leveraged finance, working within a nationally recognized Global Finance group.

Duties

• Represent borrowers, lenders, and private equity sponsors in finance transactions.
• Engage in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, recapitalizations, and restructurings.
• Participate as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from due diligence to closing.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of leveraged finance experience.
• Experience with middle market lending and alternative financiers preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
