Duties: Negotiating commercial agreements, including but not limited to software licensing (inbound and outbound), supplier, reseller and other technology agreements; Experience working independently and dealing directly with customers, partners and other third parties; Working closely with the Company’s business units, primarily on legal issues relating to customer contracts; Close coordination with the Company’s accounting function, with particular focus on revenue recognition issues; Organize legal administration and manage corporate record housekeeping (e.g., resolutions and subsidiary minute maintenance); Process basic legal procedures and litigation assistance; and Supporting the Company’s growth and success, and delighting our customers in every interaction.
