Duties

• Take ownership of client cases, including discovery, pleadings, motions, and trials.
• Conduct consultations and client meetings, recommending strategies.
• Delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants, monitoring their work.
• Work in a hybrid-remote capacity following a 90-day onboarding period.

Requirements

• Contribute to case strategy development and understand procedural rules.
• Demonstrate courtroom confidence and competence.
• Interpret financial statements and develop custody access plans.
• Approach case files as opportunities to help clients build new lives.

Education

• JD Law Degree from an accredited university.

Certifications

• Licensed Maryland Barred Attorney.

Skills

• 5+ years of family law experience.
• Strong litigation experience.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
