Private Client Lawyer Ramsgate

Profile

We are seeking a private client lawyer who will manage a mixed caseload that includes wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney. Experience of trust matters and Court of Protection matters would also be beneficial but is not essential.

You will be based at our Ramsgate office and be responsible for developing and growing our private client services, as well as enhancing the experience of current clients.

Boys & Maughan is one of East Kent’s largest and oldest legal practices with offices in Margate, Birchington, Broadstairs, Canterbury and Ramsgate.

Applications are welcome from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and non-admitted private client practitioners. We would prefer candidates to have specialist accreditations such as STEP or SFE and at least two years’ experience in this area of work.

The position is ideally full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and will be permanent. Your salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
