Duties:

• Handle personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement or trial
• Conduct client communications to provide legal guidance and updates
• Take and defend depositions
• Research legal precedents, draft documents, and respond to motions
• Lead mediations and settlement negotiations
• Develop comprehensive case strategies
• Represent clients in court, including first-chair jury trials
• Collaborate with legal and support staff across multiple locations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation
• Proven track record as a first-chair attorney in jury trials
• Licensed and in good standing with the New Hampshire State Bar
• Strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence
• Experience drafting and responding to legal motions

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• An active member of the New Hampshire State Bar

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of New Hampshire
• Additional certifications or licenses (if any) relevant to trial law are a plus
