This hybrid position is within the Mass and Toxic Torts Department, focusing on general liability and toxic tort cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Duties

• Manage cases proactively from start to finish in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, written discovery, motions, and conduct related research.
• Communicate frequently with clients and provide detailed reporting.
• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis and case evaluations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with expert witnesses.
• Attend depositions, court hearings, and mediations.
• Prepare for and attend trials.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• 3-5 years of litigation and toxic tort experience in state and federal courts.
• Ability to manage a large caseload proactively.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team.

Education

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
