A law firm seeks a skilled and experienced family law attorney to join their team remotely in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be based in Texas and ready to contribute to the firm's mission of providing exceptional legal services across the state. This position supports the firm's expansion and commitment to serving clients throughout Texas.

Duties

• Proactively manage family law cases from start to finish.
• Deliver superior customer service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Recommend improvements to practice managers.
• Track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of family law experience in Texas; Family Board Certified preferred.
• Valid Texas bar license for at least 5 years.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Passion for conducting hearings, mediations, and consultations.
• Energetic, motivated, and highly organized.
• Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio or similar software, MS Office or Google Suite proficiency.
• Experience drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
