Duties:

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Provide legal guidance and advice to clients during consultations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies
• Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and requirements

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in family law practice
• An active member of the Florida Bar
• Strong understanding of legal principles and family law procedures
• Proven ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
