Duties

• Represent clients in divorce and other family law matters.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, declarations, and legal arguments.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies tailored to client goals.
• Communicate professionally with staff, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain high standards of organization, professionalism, leadership, and accountability.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of California family law experience.
• Strong analytical skills and sound legal judgment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
• Spanish proficiency preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
