Attorney with 0-10 years of toxic tort defense experience

A law firm in Rockford is currently looking for an Attorney with 0-10 years of toxic tort defense experience. The successful candidate must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and possess an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Provide legal representation to clients in toxic tort defense cases.
• Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to develop strong defense strategies.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to build effective defense strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of relevant experience in toxic tort defense.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of toxic tort laws and regulations.
