Job Details:

• Collaborate with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit.
• Possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Required expertise in wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions.
• Lead and manage scopes of work within a team and provide guidance to junior attorneys.
• Exhibit excellent academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to the community.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrate outstanding judgment adeptness in handling multiple projects and articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
• Active Bar license in MO is a prerequisite.
