Responsibilities: Serve in a chief of staff-like role to KLA’s CCO, which will entail day-to-day interactions with the CCO on a multitude of compliance and governance issues and assisting with the oversight of KLA’s worldwide ethics & compliance programs, including helping with presentations and reporting to executive staff; Primary responsibility for KLA’s periodic worldwide risk and compliance program assessment process – working with other compliance program owners to assess the most significant ethics & compliance risks facing the company and assessing whether the compliance programs are effective based on the DOJ’s and other regulatory agencies’ guidance on effective compliance programs; Working together with the KLA commercial legal team and the business to oversee KLA’s antitrust compliance program, including any antitrust orders issued by government agencies; Working with KLA’s Government Affairs office and other business leaders to maintain KLA’s international lobbying compliance program; Developing and maintaining key metrics for measuring the effectiveness of KLA’s worldwide ethics & compliance programs; Conducting internal investigations, developing and delivering training, helping conduct compliance audits, and helping with and managing other strategic projects for the Ethics & Legal Compliance group as needed.
