Associate General Counsel
Responsibilities: Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret complex contracts in compliance with company policies and risk tolerances. Responsible for interpreting and advising on laws and regulations. Participate in projects and initiatives to help identify and mitigate legal risk. Responsible for handling and efficiently prioritizing various tasks simultaneously. Involve in the development and implementation of new policies and programs; research, and preparation of presentations and reports. Manage and consult with business leaders on the legal aspects of policies, procedures, and processes to accomplish company objectives. Attend continuing legal education seminars to keep abreast of changes in relevant areas of law. Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes. Coordinate work streams with other members of the legal department as well as across other company departments and functions. Special projects as assigned.
