Duties

• Represent clients in complex intellectual property litigation cases.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators to develop case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of patent litigation experience.
• Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar of California.
