A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Roswell, GA to represent mortgage lenders and investor clients in commercial and residential foreclosure, title disputes, and real estate litigation. Duties

• Manage a caseload of contested matters for mortgage lenders and investors.
• Appear in court for routine and contested hearings.
• Communicate regularly with clients for updates and resolutions.
• Analyze loan files, title reports, and other documents.
• Draft motions and prepare written discovery and responses.
• Conduct legal research and writing.

Requirements

• J.D. degree, licensed in Georgia, and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
• 1-8 years of relevant litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with motion practice and courtroom proceedings.
• Knowledge of Georgia Mortgage Foreclosure Law and Civil Procedure.
• Experience with foreclosure litigation involving residential and commercial property.
