The requirements for this position include holding a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, active membership in the New York State Bar Association or eligibility for admission, a minimum of 8 years of pertinent legal experience, with a strong foundation in Intellectual Property law, and a proven track record of generating at least $200,000 or more in portable revenue.
