Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate sale and purchase agreements, commercial leases, and development-related agreements.
• Handle loan documents and related diligence efforts, including title and survey reviews.
• Engage in acquisition, leasing, development, and finance transactions.
• Provide immediate client contact and assume meaningful responsibility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of real estate experience, focusing on commercial transactions.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Virginia bar admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Virginia State Bar.
