Duties

• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including case analysis and strategy.
• Conduct client communications, hearings, depositions, and motion practice.
• Prepare for mediations and trial.
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership.

Requirements

• Active and valid license to practice law in Texas.
• Experience handling first-party and "bad faith" litigation matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, and motion-practice skills.
• Prior trial experience.
• Bilingual/Spanish speaker preferred.
• Ability to manage complex litigation matters and client relationships independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
