Duties

• Meet with current and prospective clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).
• Previous deposition and litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn new legal software.
• Proficiency in Texas procedural law and litigation process.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Bar exam completion.

Skills

• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Time management and independent work capability.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
