Duties

• Engage in appellate litigation and related legal research.
• Draft and review legal documents and briefs for Supreme Court and appellate cases.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
• Participate in oral arguments and court proceedings.

Requirements

• Current member of the DC bar or eligible for waive-in.
• Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier school.
• Strong writing skills and appellate litigation experience required.
• Preference for past appellate clerkship experience.
• Current judicial clerks are encouraged to apply.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Washington, D.C.
