Duties

• Represent clients in investigations by the FTC and state Attorneys General.
• Advise on data collection, usage, and compliance with global privacy laws.
• Develop responses to security breaches and enhance privacy policies.
• Create and implement global compliance programs.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in relevant practice areas.
• Experience with technology industries and government regulation is desirable.
• Familiarity with FTC policy and enforcement is a plus.

Education

• Superior academic credentials required.

Certifications

• CIPP certification is a plus.

Skills

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of computer programming and network technologies is beneficial.
