The candidate will do legal research, discovery document review, investigation, service of process, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, other legal memoranda, and jury instructions. Assist with the discovery and formulation of arguments and assist at hearings and trials. Proven working experience as a litigation paralegal, strong written and communication skills along with attention to detail. Organization and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment are a must. A paralegal associate's degree or other relevant certification is required.
