Duties:

• Support all phases of complex litigation matters from inception through trial or resolution

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Engage in legal research and provide strategic input on case development

• Participate in depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on multi-jurisdictional cases

• Review and analyze discovery materials and client records

• Communicate with clients and experts to develop case strategy and presentation

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of substantive litigation experience

• Demonstrated interest in product liability and trial work

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

• Proven ability to handle a fast-paced docket and shifting priorities

• Experience with client interaction and case strategy

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Admission to practice law in California

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
