Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm based in Miami, FL, is looking for a talented Project Finance Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in transactional law. This role offers the opportunity to work with top-tier clients, focusing on renewable energy project finance transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background representing lenders or tax equity investors, along with outstanding analytical and writing skills.

Duties:

• Represent lenders or tax equity investors in renewable energy project finance transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate project finance documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to structure complex financing arrangements
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients
• Support the firm’s renewable energy and project finance practice with strategic input
• Manage client relationships, maintaining clear and regular communication
• Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project finance, with a focus on renewable energy
• Strong transactional experience, especially representing lenders or tax equity investors
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex transactions with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Member of the Florida Bar (or eligibility to become a member)

Skills:
