The candidate will organize and maintain both electronic and physical files. Maintain calendars; schedule and coordinate appointments when requested. Create and edit documents required for the administration and closing of estates and probate. Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and formatting before finalizing. Contact clients for needed information or to schedule meetings. Should have proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Word and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with a team of Lawyers, Paralegals and Legal Assistants. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. High level of attention to detail. Ability to type quickly and accurately. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Professional and courteous manner. Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation is a plus.
