Burlington Technical Center’s Adult and Continuing Education program is looking for a Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA), Licensed Practicing Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN) to assist with the Lab portion of our Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) evening courses this Winter/Spring 2021, with the potential for ongoing employment. Curriculum, materials, and a well equipped lab space are provided. The ideal candidate will come with availability to teach on at least 2 evenings per week. Additional availability during potential evening or day time instructional scheduling would be helpful but not required. Join our growing program to share your knowledge and expertise with the next generation of LNA’s in a field that desperately needs qualified and licensed care givers.
Instructor requirements (1) hold a Vermont unencumbered license as an LNA, practical or registered nurse; (2) have at least two years’ experience as an LNA, practical or registered nurse ; and (3) have at least one year of clinical experience related to area(s) of instruction.
Preferred qualifications: 5 years experience as a licensed practitioner; Teaching and/or
supervisory experience.
