This role requires a highly motivated and skilled attorney with over 3 years of experience in managing pre-litigation cases, particularly in the areas of personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, trucking incidents, and wrongful death. The ideal candidate will possess leadership abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a client-focused approach to achieving optimal case resolutions.

Duties

• Manage a caseload of 300+ pre-litigation matters.
• Supervise and mentor a team of case managers and other support staff.
• Draft and review demand letters, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
• Engage in settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients, offering legal advice and options.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure cases progress efficiently.
• Resolve cases strategically with a focus on favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-litigation case management.
• Proven ability to manage large case volumes with attention to detail.
• Experience in supervising and leading legal support teams.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with settlement processes.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active State Bar membership (Texas Bar preferred).
