A law firm in New Providence, NJ, is seeking an Attorney with experience in insurance defense litigation, particularly in auto insurance cases. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal representation to clients in insurance-related matters.

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation, with a focus on auto insurance cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis relevant to assigned cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding insurance matters
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and management
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in insurance defense

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of New Jersey
• Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, preferably with a focus on auto insurance
• Strong understanding of insurance law and regulations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines

Education:
