Attorney – Workers Compensation Defense

Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska and Utah

Pollart Miller LLC is an established law firm with offices in Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. Our practice areas include Administrative and Licensing Law, Appellate Law, Civil Litigation, General Insurance Law, Labor and Employment Law, Subrogation and Recovery and Workers’ Compensation.

We are currently searching for tenacious, perceptive Attorneys to assist with managing a diverse portfolio of worker’s compensation cases for our Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska and Utah client base.

Responsibilities

To be successful as an Attorney in our practice the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, calendar, deadline and time management skills and good billing habits.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate case management skills.

Demonstrate strong analytical skills.

Have the ability to multi-task in the fast pace of worker’s compensation defense.

Multi state licensing is a plus and we are willing to mentor and train our new team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Negotiable and Depends on Experience, Range $90,000 – $120,000 annually
